CSR Hotline is the system to deal with the report of whistleblowing appropriately so that the organised or personal misconduct and illegal act in azbil Group can be disclosed and handled as soon as possible.

In this hotline, the applicable cases are any anti-compliance matters (the action out of the code of act) or possible matters that may cause miconducts. The report in this hotline can help us support to resolve various matters related to compliance in your company or workplace. Through these activites, we offer the better environment to work and improve the base of CSR management on the whole azbil Group.

• CSR Hotline is depended on the system offered by "D-Quest Helpline" of D-Quest co, Inc. The specific words like "helpline" or "whistleblow" can be replaced as "CSR Hotline" or "report".
• The Report Number is shown after you finish to submit the report. This number is NOT notified to the reporter by email,so be sure to keep it please. The confirmation of the log with the respondent or solution of the company to the issue is not available without Report Number.
