This hotline is an external contact for Fujifilm Holdings Group company employees to report and submit information about fraud and law violations.
All reports will remain strictly confidential and no employee will receive unfair treatment for contacting the hotline.
Please read the following carefully before reporting any inappropriate practices (whistleblowing).
1. Protection of personal information
This external hotline is managed by D-Quest Inc., a third party entrusted by the company. D-Quest, Inc. is a company that fully complies with regulations regarding the protection of personal information.
2. Regarding the reporting (information submission) process
1) This external hotline provides translation for the report if necessary before forwarding it to the company.
Please note that you will be unable to cancel a report once it has been sent.
2) If you leave your name and company name, the company may contact you directly or via the external hotline at a later date.
3. Matters subject to whistleblowing
Events to be reported are limited to fraud and any legal of regulatory violation that has a significant impact on the company.
Actions to be reported: bribery, cartel activites, child labor, forced labor, accounting fraud, embezzlement, breach of trust, leakage of confidential information, etc.
Not accepted: reports regarding Human Resources related matters such as complaints about salary or employment conditions, problems with relations in the workplace,issues that can be resolved in-company. These issues are not handled by this hotline
4. Persons eligible to make a report:
FUJIFILM Group officers, regular employees, agency-dispatched employees, contract employees, temporary workers, etc.
5. Before sending,
Please ensure that the report you intend to send does not include any of the following items
●False information or defamatory content.
●Content intended for illegal purposes.
●Information forbidden to be taken out of the country.
