This Supplier Hotline is a reporting channel for suppliers of TOKAI Holdings Corporation (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and TOKAI Group companies (hereinafter referred to collectively as the "Group").
If you become aware of any violation of laws and regulations, compliance with social norms, respect for human rights, or concern for environmental preservation in relation to the directors, employees, and dispatched workers of the Company and our Group, please contact the Supplier Hotline below to consult or make a report (hereinafter referred to as "Reporting, etc.").
The person who makes such a report (hereinafter referred to as "reporter") will be protected in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act, and will not be disadvantaged by the fact that he/she has made such a report. Please read and understand the following points before you start to make a report.
1. Reporter
The reporter shall be a director, employee (including retired employees), or dispatched worker of our Group's suppliers and business partners. However, retirees must have retired within one year of the date of resignation.
※This does not apply to reports from directors, employees, or dispatched workers of our Group. Please use the designated internal reporting system, "Helpline."
2. Scope of Reporting, etc.
The report shall cover any act that violates the compliance with laws and regulations, social norms, respect for human rights, and consideration for environmental preservation, etc., by our Group, its officers, employees, and dispatched workers.
※Please refrain from reporting false information, or making reports for improper purposes such as libel, slander, threats, or obstruction of business.

5. Reporting Flow
(1) When a report is submitted through the Supplier Hotline, it will be registered on the website and the Company's reception desk will be notified that the report has been registered. Both real names and anonymous reports can be submitted. Depending on the case, multiple departments of the Group will jointly handle the case.
(2) When a report is registered on the website, a Report Number will be displayed at the end. The Report Number is necessary to confirm the response to the report, etc. The Report Number cannot be reissued, so please keep it in a safe place and do not lose it.
(3) The status and results of the response to the reporter's report will be provided through the Supplier Hotline, while taking into consideration the privacy of the reporter and third parties.
6. Handling of Personal Information
The Company will not disclose or provide the personal data of reporters to third parties unless required by law (e.g., when disclosure is requested by the police or other public authorities in accordance with laws and regulations) or unless the reporter agrees to such disclosure or provision.
